I hold a BA in Law from Universidad Javeriana and a Masters Degree in Government from the Rey Juan Carlos I University (Madrid Spain). I also have studies in Political Sciences and Constitutionalism.
With fifteen years in consulting, I have served as an advisor in Government Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, and Reputation. I started as a lawyer for the President Office, and then became Advisor for Cooperation and Immigration for the city of Madrid Spain in Colombia, manager of Government Affairs for Bavaria and Director of Strategic Planning inside the National Associations of Industries – ANDI.

I hold a BA in Political Sciences and a Master in Latin-American Studies (Economics and Politics) from Universidad de Salamanca Spain. With fifteen years in the PA business, I started as Advisor in Bogotá city council. I have served as Senior Advisor to Congress in the Ministry of Government and Ministry of Agriculture, also as Chief of Staff of the Minister of Agriculture and Secretary General, and Deputy Minister.
After that, I became Director for South Americas of Public Policy and Government Affairs at Uber Tech. I lead Uber´s strategy in more than 50 cities and 10 countries.

I have an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management, a Law degree from Universidad de los Andes and a Diploma in Tax Law from Universidad del Rosario.
With more than 25 years in the private sector, I have held high-level positions in the fields of sustainability, community management, and media and government engagement. Before Orza, I worked in the corporate affairs areas in different sectors, in firms like PazdelRío, SABMiller, Bavaria, and Cemex. As a Lawyer I have work experience in Commercial and Tax Law.
